Lange Zeit habe ich mit dem Gedanken gespielt ein Heil PR 781 zu kaufen. Doch war ich vom Boom-Mikrofon f\u00fcr das Heil ProSet Headset mit HC-5 IC Kapsel etwas entt\u00e4uscht. Der ICOM-Expert Adam Farson VA7OJ hatte f\u00fcr die Kapsel Einstellempfehlungen gegeben, doch im Contest oder normalen QSO\u00c2\u00b4s war man von der Modulation nicht begeistert. Mit dem Monitor des ICOM versuchte ich unter dem Kopfh\u00f6rer eine gute Einstellung zu finden. Allerdings h\u00f6rte sich die Stimme immer etwas verzerrt an egal wie hoch man Pegel oder sonstwas einstellte. Also warum viel Geld f\u00fcr Schrott ausgeben? (Das ist meine pers\u00f6nliche Meinung ;-)\u00c2\u00a0 )<\/p>\n<p>Daraufhin kaufte ich ein SM-30 und dieses hat einen Vorverst\u00e4rker eingebaut. Schon wurde die Modulation besser, doch kam immer noch zuviel Hall aus dem Shack bzw. Umgebung mit durch.<\/p>\n<p>Nun kam das GM-7 per Post und ich konnte es kaum erwarten das neue Mikrofon zu testen. Und&#8230;es best\u00e4tigten sich alle Erwartungen. Mit den Einstellempfehlungen von Olaf Grundmann (DM2CM) war es ein Volltreffer.<\/p>\n<p>Sauberer, satter Sound und ohne Verzerrungen konnte ich schon beim Testen mit dem Monitor feststellen. Nun ging esaufs Band. 3XY1T als aktuelle DXpedition musste dran glauben und 3 Anrufe im Pileup und geloggt. War es Zufall? Gleich nochmal ein Paar andere Stationen im Pileup anrufen.
